Well first of all one of the most obvious reasons living in a tiny home can be a ‘pro’ is the cost! The average tiny home costs roughly $30,000, which lets you have pretty much any material you want.
CON:
Depending on the size of your family, or the future size you would like it to be can play a major factor in if a tiny home will work for you or not. If you have 3-4 kids it might not be the most ideal for your family, though if it’s just 1-3 people it is very easy to make work.
PRO:
Your tiny home will be easy to clean, no brainer right? With less stuff to live, it means less to clean and who doesn’t like that idea!
CON:
No personal space can be hard if living with another person. If you need a break going into another “room” doesn’t really get you away in a tiny home. This works for some and not for others, so something to think about.
PRO:
Your cost of living goes down dramatically. You spend around $30,000 to build your home, that you can put whatever you want into it. Then you have the joy of being able to move it around and park it wherever. Living like this gives you so much more opportunities!
